With Christmas right around the corner, everyone is bustling around malls trying to find the perfect gifts. But with all of the pressure of buying for impossible people, Christmas shopping can soon become quite an unpleasant experience. Here are some gift ideas to help make this “the most wonderful time of the year” again.
On early mornings, it’s easy to hit the “snooze” button on your alarm clock and roll back over in bed. With this new alarm, however, that will be hard. Meet Clocky, the clock with wheels. Once the alarm sounds the first time, Clocky will jump off your nightstand and hide in the depths of your room. Next time the alarm rings, you must get out of bed to find it and turn it off. Clocky will ensure you’re always awake on time.
We all have friends and family that are impossible to shop for. Magazine subscriptions are great for anyone. Have a cousin who loves fashion? Subscribe to Vogue. Athletes of the family? Subscribe to Sports Illustrated. There are magazines out there for every hobby and interest, making it easy to please everyone. They’re the gift that keeps on giving, every month at least.
On cold winter days, everyone loves to snuggle in blankets and lie around. But when the phone rings, or you’re trying to read, blankets just slide right off. But with a Snuggie, that’ll never happen again. We’ve all heard of the “blanket with sleeves,” but many doubt if it’s really all it’s cracked up to be. Snuggie would be the perfect gift anyone cold-natured, plus, they would get some laughs out of it.
And last but definitely not least, gift cards are always a safe bet. People love the power of buying whatever they want. These gifts, however, don’t have to be the generic Wal-Mart one. If you know a coffee lover, get a Seattle Drip card. They’ll appreciate it and feel like you put effort into it.
Christmas shopping can be fun and there are many ideas out there that will please even the toughest person to shop for. Remember, presents aren’t the only reason for the holiday, so don’t stress out over what to buy for everyone. In the end, it’s the thought that counts, right?
